Natalie Au provides strategic support to W.E. Can Lead in the areas of girl-centred methodologies in programme development and delivery, monitoring, evaluation and impact, strategic organisational growth and girl engagement approaches. Natalie brings 10 years experience of international development programmes in Africa and Asia, with particular expertise in adolescent girls and women’s rights that promote gender equality. She is the Director of Girl Networks at Girl Effect, where she oversees the creation of products, clubs and networks of girls and youth to engage with Girl Effect’s brands. Natalie also volunteers for Women Mentoring in International Development. She holds a M.A. in International Politics and Human Rights from City University in London and B.A. in Women’s and Gender Studies from Occidental College in Los Angeles. |
